Shipping Policy
1) Orders placed after 12PM CT will be shipped out the following business day.
2) Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, shipment cut-off time is 12 PM Central Time.
3) USPS First Class Mail may take anywhere from 3-9 days to reach it's destination after your package leaves our warehouse. Delivery times vary on the shipments destination.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Americellphone.com is committed to offering the lowest prices and most accurate product information available to our customers. Due to our low prices and the rapid turnover of many high-demand accessory items presented on our site, and the limited inventory we have available on-hand, the listing of a particular item or accessory does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to contact you immediately to provide status on that particular item. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Americellphone.com accepts payment via the following authorized credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Mastercard/Visa Check Cards, PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks. We do not currently accept personal checks, Smart Cards, or Flooz. Please be advised that we require EXACT U.S. billing addresses in order to fulfill all orders. Credit cards with international billing addresses cannot be accepted. All prices quoted on the Americellphone.com site are quoted in U.S. currency and all orders must be transacted in the same. For large volume orders and orders placed via open account status, acceptable forms of payment may also include checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Terms of payment for large volume orders are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to change upon notice.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All returns and exchanges must be received within 15
days starting from the day the customer received merchandise.
NO EXCEPTIONS
Merchandise can be returned for a defective exchange as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Merchandise can also be returned for a refund or store credit if merchandise has never been used or installed as long as a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive it. A restocking fee may apply for refunds.
We test our products before we begin offering them for sale. We also inspect each piece of merchandise before we ship any orders. If you are unable to install any products, please contact us as we will be happy to assist you. AmericellPhone.com is not responsible for any damages that occur to devices or accessories during or after installation, uninstallation, attachment or usage of any products.
Please note, the follow items are not refundable and can only be exchanged for the exact same item if the item is defective:
- Data cables
- Used screen Protectors
- Tools
- Software
1) Exchanges: Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Exchanges for non defective merchandise for other style, model, colors, etc will be subject to a $4.95 shipping and handling cost. Exchanges will not be made after this 15-day period. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for paying all associated costs, including all shipping costs, for returned items.
2) Refunds:
Merchandise can be returned for a refund minus a $4.95 shipping and handling cost as long as:
- a return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive your merchandise
- the item has never been used or installed
- all shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card and included accessories, parts and supplies are included with the returned merchandise
- return shipping charge is paid for by the customer
Any returned merchandise that do not satisfy the above conditions for a refund are subject to a Restocking Fee charge. A Restocking Fee will be charged on all merchandise that have an opened package, are used or missing shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card, accessories, parts and/or supplies.
The Restocking Fee will range from 15% (for opened or refused packages) to 50% (for missing items) of the original price and will be charged by reducing the refund amount by the Restocking Fee. The amount of the Restocking Fee will be determined at our sole discretion and is not disputable or negotiable.
No returns will be accepted for merchandise that are damaged, disfigured, scratched, abused or missing the original packaging. In this case, no refund or exchange will be honored and merchandise will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If the customer is not willing to pay for the shipping expense, merchandise will be discarded.
Please note, we may choose to refund the full amount of the returned merchandise if we determined that to be appropriate.
Any shipping charges are not refundable. Packages returned which are marked as "Return to Sender" or refused by the recipient are subject to a 15% Return Fee.
Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for purchase usually within 14 days.

Please be advised that the customer is responsible for paying all associated costs, including all shipping costs, for returned items. Please allow up to twelve (12) business days after Americellphone.com has received your return for your replacement or refund to be processed. For refunds, Americellphone.com will credit your account minus the shipping cost, if any, as soon as Americellphone.com receives the item(s).
